Corny Dogs

This is a fun and tasty dish kids as well as adults will enjoy.  Easy enough to make for an every day dish, but fun enough for a party.   It is on the sweet side, so anticipate small servings.  

Corny Dogs Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray  bundt pan with Pam. Dump in 2 pkg little smokies hot dogs Sprinkle ½ cup brown sugar over the top of them Drizzle 1 stick of melted butter over the top. In a separate bowl mix these

ingredients:   

2 boxes of Jiffy corn bread mix, a dollop of sour cream,

15 oz can of southern corn, 8 oz can of creamed corn, 

small can of El Paso green chilies, 

a few sprinkles of chile powder and paprika (smoked OK), 

1 ½ tubs of whipped cream cheese.  

Mix all ingredients. Add 2 eggs and mix in. Pour mixture over Little Smokies in bundt pan. Bake 45-60 minutes. Put serving plate over the bundt pan, invert it, tap the top of the bundt pan to release the dish, and serve hot!
