Bacon Burger Pinwheels

These are so easy to make, and such a delight to serve!  Your guests/family will be impressed!

Bacon Burger Pinwheels

1.        Lay out strips of bacon.

2.        Pat a burger layer evenly on top of the strips so it sticks.

3.        Roll it up like a cinnamon roll.

4.        Use a toothpick to hold the bacon tail in place, if needed

5.        Season with your favorite grilling rub.

6.        Grill like a burger.

7.        Put in a bun, and server with your favorite condiments and a pickle!

Notes:

1.        If you use toothpick to hold the bacon, don’t forget to remove them!

2.        Use 2 pieces of bacon instead of one if you want the burgers larger.

3.        I use our home-made venison sausage for the burger, which is 1/3 pork and seasoned.  The pork helps the burger stick to the bacon, so you could mix a pound of pork sausage with 1-2# of ground beef, then season as you wish, to get the same affect.

4.        You can cook these in your smoker, too!!!!
