Hello Friends!!

A wonderful year has passed already! We had so much fun at the MN State Fair last year, we are gearing up for it once again.

WHEN //
August 26 - Labor Day, September 6, 2010
9 am - 9 pm -- every day.

WHAT //
We've been busy keeping up with our lotion, soap/shampoo bars, lip balm, knit/felted hats, VERY cozy mohair socks and their dye kits, not to mention...our mits and scarves, baby booties and hats! Everything still getting rave reviews and there are always those people who head straight for our us on a mission to restock - it always makes us smile because we know EXACTLY why :)
NEW THIS YEAR:
- Hand-felted hats and flowers - a new style! The hats are reversible from white to a earthy grey with hand-felted flowers and leaves to adorn them!
- Soy Candles - in all your favorite heim-made lotion scents. And candle holders.
- 99.9% Silver Jewelry pendants
- S'Mits - mittens made out of the awesome Mohair socks.

We'll have drawings every day. And a discount on our lotion.

For those who saw or met us there in 2009, we're in the same spot on the lower level of the Grandstand (booth #141).
For those who looked but couldn't find us....I'm attaching a map that will at least narrow it down for you. Right at the bottom of the stairs.

In our northern MN community, resources are limited. So if you want something done right you either do it yourself or find someone who can. Many of our neighbors are 1st generation to the settlers of the area, so the pioneer spirit still ripples through our community. On our journey we identified with and were inspired by these folks, who are known for doing whatever it takes to solve problems to enrich the lives of others. Heim-made celebrates their ingenuity, determination, sense of humor and resourcefulness by sharing local, historic photos and tales on our labels.
